Anodizing Unit:
One of the main methods of protecting aluminium surfaces against corrosion is creating a thin layer of aluminium oxide with the thickness of average 15 microns which is called anodizing. This method has been widely considered as one of the reliable ways of aluminium protection. In the three anodizing units of our group, aluminium profiles to the length of 14 meters are anodized. The water used in the tanks is purified by reverse osmosis process and the concentrations of chemicals in different stages of process are under continuous monitor of quality control unit to preserve the environment and keep the quality of anodizing in its high levels. Moreover implementation of modern German PLC equipment of Munk Company gives us the ability to coat the aluminium profiles with the various colors and best qualities of anodizing. In addition using chemicals produced by reputed European companies brings a uniform and high quality of anodizing. It should be also noted that other than silver anodizing, there is a wide spectrum of colored anodizing offered to the customers from light olive colored to the dark black in brown color as well as golden color. After the anodizing process by sinking the profiles in the cold seal tank a protective coating covers the anodized layer against possible physical strikes.
