Aluminium Billet Casting Unit:
Regarding economic, environmental and industrial aspects, recycling aluminium scraps and implementing them in the production is very important. On the other side, possibility of making various alloys used in diverse applications such as telecommunication, power plant, auto industry has an important role to empower the country for producing aluminium products. In the Aluminium billet casting units of Alumroll company, five furnaces with the capacity of 15 tons for each, one tilting furnace with the capacity of 7 tons provides the possibility for melting and casting of various groups of aluminium alloys (1000to 7000 alloy groups). Moreover, aluminium billetsin different alloys with the diameter ranging from152-254 mm (6" -12") are casted by three vertical DC (Direct Chill Casting) units to the length of 6 meters. Finally, benefiting a modern pig machine with the daily capacity of 30 tons, the group produces the various alloyed ingots for other industries like die casting which is widely used in auto parts industry.
