Extrusion Unit:
The major activity of Alumroll is extrusion of various aluminium sections. This unit has fourteen extrusion machines, including two full automatic German extrusion machines with the capacity of 3150 and 2000 tons made by Schloemann Company, a Russian extrusion machine with the capacity of 1250 tons and nine Iranian extrusion machines with the capacity ranging from 1600-2500 tons. Consequently, these machines enable us to extrude billets with the diameters 152- 254 mm (6"-12") in different alloy groups of 1000-7000 and produce 150 tons of hollow and filled aluminium profiles daily to the maximum diameter of 30 cm and length of 36 meters.
Possessing equipments and machines made by companies with international reputation such as British automatic tables of Edwards Co., German Pre-heating induction ovens of Otto-Junker, German ageing ovens of Otto-Junker with the length of 14 meters guarantees products with qualities in the level of international standard.
